Dre confirms Detox in 2010...What does this mean for R2

dre has said hes adding the the final touches to the album. single is obv spur of the moment thing as jayz and dre were in the studio last week.i think r2 is ready to go and detox is in its late stages being finshied even then dre has to be happy with the album before releasing it.

thats if detox is really coming out
if dre's new single flops
dre will be crushed and not release it until 2011
leaving space for r2 to be released in the summer

Even if detox does come first, atleast it's something. We already know Em will definatly be on atleast one track, or possibly two. If relapse 2 is going to be delayed I atleast want some good other new music to bump while waiting and Detox IMO will be a good quality album.

Its cuz Dre actually came out on national TV and talked about his album and a release for a single.

Which is more than what Em has said about R2 for about 6-7 months...

I think some of you need to calm down.

Detox only means more Eminem for you this year, because Relpase 2 will also be released this year.

Detox will also have songs with Eminem where you know Eminem will be gunning 100%, because he knows no other way when with Dre and because Dre doesn't put anything that's remotely not a masterpiece.

As great as Eminem is, for now I'll take a Dr.Dre album 10 years in the making with ridiculous beats, great all round features, Eminem/DOC ghostwriting over an Eminem solo. For now.

Detox is nothing but good news for Hip Hop.
