it doesn't matter to me, it's not gonna make me lie sleepless at night...
what i stated in my first post was that it bugs me that ppl vote for things - not just website awards but any awards - just because they're voting for their favourite artists and not based on the actual quality of the "product." It totally defeats the purpose of awards and turns them into popularity contests. It wasn't aimed at u, it was a general comment.
And just as opinions on the quality of music varies, so does opinions on websites n i could write a whole novel on why i disagree that content and design have nothing to do with each other n why i don't think the web design on eminem.com is great (for starters i can hardly see the left menu on my computer screen due to their choice of background n font colour) but there's really no point in arguing over this, you're entitled to your opinion n you clearly have reasons for it so peace.

also i didnt say content and design have nothing to do with each other, i said a web designer doesnt choose the content or how much content there is on the clients site. a client supplies the content then the designer adds it however they think is best for the whole design. so the content is due to eminems people not providing enough info that is not down to the people that actually designed the site and shouldn't be included in the awards. well thats how i see it, but i mean if you think different thats fine i was just saying becuase i thought i didnt explain it well before or something. btw if you havent noticed i type a lot to explain myself its my flaw

and i actually think it's a good thing that you substantiate your argument instead of just writing "the site sucks" or "the site's cool", i just know that i'd be writing a 2-page post if i start n get a lot of sarcastic - but loving - comments so i'm gonna lay off
