When was the Relapse tracklist released?

Postby 14Shots » Apr 15th, '10, 09:13

Relapse came out May 19th, anyone know how long before that the tracklist appeared online?

I'm just trying to get an idea of when to expect a tracklist for Recovery.

It amazes me how often I see peope just blantly asking random stuff, that can be googled in like 10 seconds (no offence)... Anyways... Rollingstone had this article published April 28, 2009 - which contains the tracklist of Relapse - so about 3 weeks prior to the release date.

In addition, the cover was revealed exactly a week earlier (April 21, 2009), which was about a month prior to the release date. Here's that article: http://www.rollingstone.com/rockdaily/i ... s-the-web/

I'm guessing from people's responses that the cover is not "released" with the back cover, and therefore showing the tracklist

Or it's usually just the front cover...?

Just the front.

First time I saw the back cover for relapse was when he went on that german show and did that weird free style thing

Ok thanks. I guess that's the norm for albums then, and we'd expect the same for recovery :y:

Googlie is your friend

And getting the tracklist doesnt mean that much becuase it's as easy as you'd think guessing what the songs will be like. I still love it, though.

Leak was on May 7th, so two weeks before release, by that standard I'm guessing leak should be early June again :D :8)
