Im a little worried to tell u the truth. Jim Jonsin makes some hot beats, but does it fit EM? this cypress hill beat is nice. I can see em doin damge on this. I just pray that em never leaves his zone and turns to some techno/pop beat. I just cant see em and jim jonsin giving good chemistry, but we'll have to wait and see. Lets remember, Jim Jonsin produced Soulja Boi's "catch me on the phone' pop.

Jonsin said that Marshall took him to places he's always wanted to go but never been able to with his beats. I think that's a great sign.

Cool, thanks.
Mathers went to a place where the producer had never gone before.

That doesn't make a whole lot of sense, does it?

I'm not really worried about that since SB has a different style than Em.

people gotta remember....he's not gonna feed Em Beyonce or Soulja Boy beats...just like Just Blaze isn't gonna feed Em Jay-Z BP1 beats. He's gonna adjust to Em's style

What really stood out to me is that he was making lyric changing suggestions to Em...kinda strange

which is a great album.. :shakehead:

.. it's ok.
But encourage artists to stay inside their shell is just wrong, artists supposed to develop and grow, they have to keeps changing to challenge themselves while at the same time still have a recognizable trademark. People here just want something similar, something safe to like. Kinda like he should work with this and this again. He should produce a whole album himself again. Hmm if people wanted an album full like that then go listen to TES.
I'm also glad they Em step away from Dre, Dre is good producer but him working with Em too long make both of them predictable together, because they're too in their 'safe zone'. You guys should be happy that he wants to challenge himself like a real artist again. Could be a make or break I don't know but at least he tried to do something new :coffee:
