B.o.B is my favorite of the new artists, followed by Drake. With that said, it depends on what you like. J. Cole is the best rapper out of the newer guys, but for me, he doesn't make the best music for my taste. B.o.B is the better all-around artist for me though, probably b/c I love other genres just as much as hip-hop. He's got the perfect balance of staying true in his artistic ability, while still incorporating his voice and his many other musical gifts along with rapping.
