I would rather eminem offer me drugs than sing high pitch notes on bridges.

Thats the artist that I liked from the get......

If this was eminems first song ever...off his first album ever...nobody would pay him no mind and he'd be broke

Don't Confuse Relapse with Recovery. Guys it is an amazing first single so can we move forward. haha. its obvious he's back to his lyrical ways. *See dispicable.* i mean i play that and MMLP back to back to just try and find the differences in flows (which is difficult to do). eminem's flow in that album was always, *spits then stops at a part of the bar* (see Kill you) why do you think that beat has gaps in it? . Its a first single, he shouldnt get super lyrical. and he shouldnt get crazy pop. i feel as if its right in the middle. ehh, maybe its just me.
Art and hip-hop is why i live.

On thursday everyone was loving this song and now they're hating on it? :shakehead:

After Relapse dropped everyone was screaming for a more emotional album etc etc, now he puts out a emotional single and everyone's hating? Make up your mind people.

You know what I hate? The fact, that all of last year 99% of Eminem fans would bitch CONSTANTLY about the accent, about how they hate it etc etc

Now the minute someone like me, who loved Relapse and didnt moan about the accent once, says they dont like this song and it's style I get everyone going "stop moaning, take what your given" and all this shite.

So hypocritical, some of you. I had to put with bitching about Relapse, so I'm gunna bitch about Not Afraid.

For anyone that has doubts about the album... did you hear the Despicable freestyle? Any doubts you had that this man can spit fire accent-free should have been eliminated after hearing that...

And for those who hope to hear MMLP pt. 2.. that was 10 years ago! Artists evolve.. face it. The album will be dope. End of story.

No-one is hoping for that. Not me, anyway. I wanna hear new styles and ideas from him, different from anything he's done before. I cant help not liking this song, it just isn'rt for me, I found it all a bit corny.

I hope so, but it's hard to tell already.

I consider Relapse good music. I also consider Not Afraid good music.
