Yeah, its the same beat as Survival of the Fittest by Maino, but, Eminem is better and his song will get more popular than Maino's will/would so I don't think he'll change it

What it LOOKS like happened, is that Boi1da sent the beat off to different artists, which is customary. One of them happened to be Maino who went off and did a song to it but DIDNT TELL Boi1da that he wanted the beat, which is an unethical thing to do. So it's his own fault. I dont like the way he released his track the same night as Em's too, seemed like a bitchy kinda move.
