Boi-1da sent the beat out to multiple artists. It's the artists job to tell the producer if he wants the beat. Not to just take it and not say anything. If anything...Em put out his version first and made the better song out of it. So Maino loses, plus nobody cares about him anyways.

Not specifically. The We Made You situation involved Dre making very small changes to the beat and giving it to Em, not the beat being given to someone else.
