Hook: I didnt like at first and usually I like Eminem's singing parts. It's pretty catchy and by the second or third listen Its grew on me. It's a little bit "We are the World" ish at parts but It's perfect for the song and the message on it.
Veres: Very good verses from Eminem. The multis are not precise as the ones in Relapse but he makes up for by sounding more passionate and putting his all into it. His puns are great and everywhere throughout the three verses. The subject matter is a great indroduction to Recovery and to where Em's at right now: A recovering addict who's ready to "put his life back together".
Beat: Pretty good effort from Bo1da. I rather Em had produced it though, but the fact that he taking chances and ready to put his music in a new direction. I bet this songs will be popular though which will get people to buy the album which is the point of the single anyway
Final Rating: 8/10- A modern classic from Em but kind of like a weaker Lose Yourself. It proves Em hasnt lost his wit and is still a great rapper who can open up abour his personal demons. It's deep and inspiring but best of all it's only the first single. Eminem has never had a first single that was the best song on his album (not counting 8 mile) which means good thing are to come..
