Exactly. That's what I disliked about Not Afraid. It seemed like a business decision rather than a creative decision, and I hate it when business interferes with music (even though it's unavoidable). When I hear that song all I think is "This kind of music is popular at the moment. I need to make a song with a similar sound to show I can still appeal to the masses."

Obviously I don't know the man so I could be completely wrong. He might really enjoy that kind of music, but considering his recent freestyles and dating back to his earlier influences, that's hard to believe.

I can't name a song that popular and similar to NA NA is like diamond compared to those so called 'hits' right now.

Not Afraid has better lyrics than Beautiful. Beautiful has a much better beat (the Beautiful beat kicks ass). since i place more importance on the lyrics in rap, NA>

I just find it rushed. Uninspired was probably the wrong word but it's not very creative The beat is a factor, but his poor punchlines, horrible bridge and apologising for Relapse are others.

I know Eminem makes music for us but he makes music for him too, if he wants to use the accents in his songs then let him, he shouldn't have too change just because we don't like them or there not good. If he wants to use them. Then LET HIM!..Relapse was a good come back maybe not one of his bests but it was a pretty dam good album look at Beautiful & Stay Wide Awake, those songs are the shit. And too be honest I thought 3AM was good too, no doubt. Why can't he do his own music & not do what we want him too do ? yeah, yeah, I know where his fans & shit & he loves us but if we are TRULY his fans we would except whatever type of music Em would bring us. Except it & move on it's his choice Em has talent & if he wants to goof off in some of his songs. Let him

Em is nothing without his fans. Just like his fans are nothing without him. We feed off of him and vise-versa... He loves his fans and he doesn't want to disappoint. I'm not saying we're his world -- but we're definitely a contributing factor.
