Well if you had asked me in 2002, or even 2005. I would of said there's no way he'll rap past 40.

Just the impression he gave about that and the type of artist he is I just couldn't see it. But of recent, especially what he said to Complex.com... Seems like he plans on staying quite a while longer.

I mean he's 38 this year... So if he were to quit at 40 he'd literally only have two years left. But with what he's said I think he'll probably go for like another five years. Which is actually completely fine but... I dunno, it just seems old for a rapper.

Any other genre (except pop maybe) it seems fine for an artist to go even into their fucking 70's. But in rap... Even though Em / Pac make it very adult in content and delivery and even though it actually is an adult genre. Very much so, when guys like them do it... Still seems very weird. But he'll no doubt make it work and make his material fit his age as he goes. I mean he still seems entirely normal doing it now.
