He seemed to be high in practically every interview I've seen him do throughout his career, save for recent ones. Perhaps you can link to some where he appears sober?

Yea methadone is strong as shit and the withdrawl is like 10x worse than oxy/dope. They banned the 40mg "biscuits" here in NJ cause peeps were ODing on them like crazy.
