Is it a fact that radio stations take their cues from iTunes charts, or is that just assumed?

I'm pretty sure they just use itunes as a guideline to what's popular. i.e what's no1 that's the one that's more likely to get more spins

I don't know about #1 on Billboard Hot 100, he's still pretty low on the airplay list...

It's getting better every day but he's like #50 right now, I'm sure he'll move up alot though.

if he sold over 300k he would be #1 (which he probably did already)

Sounds right, I'm guessing 500k. 500k or more is great though, going gold in one week :flutter:

Hard to tell. If Relapse wasn't the first album he had done in years then I think Recovery would definitely sell more because of the strong single. But it's arguable that Relapse only sold that much because it was his 'comeback' album and so Recovery might sell less.

I'm thinking Recovery will sell more though, if it's as good as it's being hyped up to be then it definitely deserves to.

too early to tell. Right now it would sell less imo. We'll see though.

Drake has potential to sell big, but he's not that big of a household name imo, he has pure hype surrounds him too much that makes it hard to predict . His next single needs to blow if he wanted to sell more than 200k though.

You love your sales....

Asked me at the start of 2010 I would have said he could have made 800K but due to flop singles, he's done too much and he's boring people and the fact no-one's sold well in 2010, I'd say now 500K at most. He's still got a large fanbase.

Outside of US he'll do terribly.
