Two things I wanna say:
1. Why are people saying "I guarentee it's gunna be an alum cover", "I'm 100% it wont be about a 2nd single", "I'm sure it'll be about the NA video"
Lets be honest, you dont know. So stop with the 100% bullshit.
2. Stop comparing dates and shit to Relapse. Relapse was a different album, it's not like Em and Interscope are gunna sit down and go:
"Well, we cant release this 2nd single in 3 weeks!"
"Why not?"
"Well, we didn't with Relapse and remember, we HAVE to do the exact forumla as that - we were amazing with the promotion on that werent we...? Werent we?"
Personally, if I had to guess, I'd go that it's gunna be an album cover and/or tracklist. I'd love a massive interview to get more info on Recovery.

The tracklist usually gets leaked, not sure about the album cover.
