I think iTunes has been great for Em's singles peak.

if it only peaked like on top 10 but has longevity that'd be much better.

who says it wont have longevity...it could still stay in the top 10 for a while...

it's already decreasing fast in only one week, just like Crack a bottle, and look how CAB went

it already did its thing for the album so it doesn't really matter if it falls off this week...the next single is probably gonna be just as good if not better. As long as it gets people excited for the album, it doesn't really matter if it stays #1. We Made You destroyed all hopes of a milli first week imo so we're off to a much better start this time around.

music video doesn't do much for a song these days unless it's some over the top/shiny video like Lady Gaga's videos. And this doesn't sound like a radio hit, it's too different from what's being played constantly on radio.
I hope it has some good promotion, but Em does not do much promo nowadays.

Official release to radio is just a formality in the digital age, they already got their mpe's
I mean no doubt its gonna rise just from more people hearing it and requesting it, but not to the extent you're thinking
