The logical progression?
The USS Maine blew up from mysterious circumstances, journalists pinned it on the future enemy, and the Spanish American war started. As a result, the Spanish Empire ends and America extends its power to a global level. This is written in the history books. We didn't do it, but we surely misrepresented the events leading up to the war, right?
Pearl Harbor was attacked under the exact set of circumstances in which the naval ships could not defend themselves. America becomes involved in WWII. As a result of the war, America leads to the rearrangement of Europe and the beginning of the UN and a worldwide governance. The Pearl Harbor instance is not in the history books as a fraud, but its widely speculated and even accepted as a dubious incident. So, we didn't do it, but did we allow it to happen?
The World Trade Centers collapse after Muslim terrorist hijack commercial airlines. America goes to war in the Middle East, in an attempt to restructure those countries and take command over the world's oil supply. So, now... Not only did we take what happened, and skew it, and misrepresent it for our benefit, not only did we allow it to happen, ignoring evidence of the imminent attack... but we actually MASTERMINDED the attack?
However, the Afghan and Taliban and Muslim hate of the United States is not because we praise Jesus. It actually leads back to politics. Sure, the politics lead back to more religion, but that leads back to more politics also.
Point is, things like this would be happening whether or not people believed in religion.
Point is, Eminem should not make a pro Jesus song. Its been done, its not his style, and its Wac Arnolds.
See, this post was on topic.
