Favorite Eminem FEUD?

Postby BrownyGee » May 10th, '10, 11:09

Okay, so I know a lot of you may have your own favorite feud that Marshall has gotten into over the years. My favorite one is the little "beef" he had with Cage back in 97-98. I just thought that was so funny because of all the similarities that they shared: they're both white, they were both coming up at around the same time, they both had very dark lyrics and they both were dope as fuck. So share your favorite Eminem feuds here and if you have a favorite diss song aimed TOWARDS OR BY EMINEM, feel free to share it as well. My favorite diss song towards Eminem is "Built For This" by Benzino. I'm not gonna lie ZNO went hard on that joint. My favorite Eminem diss song is "The Warning" (and of course we all know who that's aimed towards) which is his most lyrical assault yet, too bad he wasn't that lyrical in his feuds against rappers.... :shakehead:

Benzino beef. It was hilarious listening to the series of diss tracks, and directly comparing Em to Benzino.

His feud with Triumph, the Insult Comic Dog, was a good one. I remember it ending with Triumph mocking Eminem in the video for his first single Ass Like That. I think the beef ended after that.
Norway, blah, blah, murder, blah, blah, blood.

The beef he had with Benzino. Never even heard of him until Em dissed him back. Whatever career he had or was going to have sure is dead.

I'm probably going to be flamed for this, but to be honest I really think Benzino won that feud as far as quality diss tracks go...Let me explain why. If you listen to the Eminem diss tracks (Nail in the Coffin, Sauce etc) He's mostly talking about the Source Magazine. Benzino was actually taking personal shots at Em. So let's say someone who was new to the feud was to just listen to the Sauce by Eminem, they would be confused and not really know how he's dissing Benzino because it's kind of hard to decipher what he's talking about, you would have to do research on the Source Magazine/Benzino's career etc. but if you were to listen to any of Benzino's diss tracks you would automatically know what he's talking about. I don't know if that makes any sense to you guys but that's the best way I could of worded it. :confusion:

Exactly. Which is what gave Benzino an upper hand. But Benzino is a nobody, he had to resort to using extortion to make his money because his little rap career was :n: His only source of income is his bullshit magazine, which is hardly even selling.

The Source is all Benzino's got going for him. Dissing that is dissing his whole life's work which is far more insulting than any weak personal shots Benzino could throw at Em.

But Nail in the Coffin had tonnes of personals at Benzino anyway (all the old man jokes, the butt kissin' cocksucker jokes, how he has no respect in the industry, how he isn't gangsta no matter how hard he tries, etc.)

Plus, he refers back to stuff Benzino said about him in his tracks then flips them on him, eg. "Slap my mom, slap the fuck outta her! / She cant sue you, she wouldnt get a buck out of you / Cuz you're broke as fuck, you suck, you're a fuckin joke."

Plus Eminem's were far more entertaining and were just better songs in general. But opinion's opinion.

Plus, to use your logic, since no one knows who Benzino is, dissing the Source is the best thing to do. People will see Eminem dislikes the Source, people will stop buying the Source, therefore fucking over Benzino.

LOL Benzino doesn't even have The Source anymore. Him and his partner Dave Mays were fired from the magazine and now he owns some garbage magazine called "Hip Hop Weekly". Which probably no one reads. OWNED

Canibus, though it's obviously lopsided in his favor.

Benzino. Putting Benzino's disses on that Invasion mixtape so you could compare the difference was genius.

I hate the Mariah Carey 'beef'. One of the stupidiest things Em has ever gotten involved him. A full diss track to an ex is pretty sad, however good the quality is.
