I'm really annoyed by people who hate Encore just because Em was taking a different route. Do you want him to rap about killing his wife and raping his mom on every single album? Sure the album has a lighter tone but I still think it's brilliant (think what you want but I love that album) Besides some of his songs that are widely considered some of his greatest are on that album...

Evil Deeds (Not considered a great song by me but surprisingly it is by quite a few people here)
Point is, yes the album isn't as "rebellious and dark" as SSLP or MMLP but it is still a great album in it's own way. I would still rather bump that whole album instead of anything on Relapse.

Crazy in Love ain't bad either. But yeah I agree with the Relapse comment. That album was pretty much too lyrical but at the same time he had that accent which helped him annunciate words to rhyme better and shit.
