Fail...

But yeah I'd love to see Jay on Recovery. They're both legends and would make another classic song. :y:

How is this "fail"? It's the truth. Renegade, to me, is one of the most overrated songs ever. Sure, it is a very good song, but seriously, saying it can't be topped is elementary. Em could write a WAY better verse than his Renegade verse. And if I "failed" because of my Jay-Z comment, then tough shit, that's how I feel about it

He probably meant fail because Em's verse on Renegade is considered his best ever, and I agree. Jay's was pretty dope too, all in all it's a legendary song. With Jay in his decline right now they'd be really hard pressed to top it.

But it hasn't been done yet. If he could, he would make every song as good or better than Renegade. Though, I personally consider Renegade some of his best verses.

Sorry for the fail comment, I read it as Em could write a better verse because his wasn't that good to start with. :sweating:

But Jay still came with a solid verse and Eminems was one of the best of his career imo.

id like to see jay-z and nas on a song together on recovery... this way the top/most consitant 3 rappers ever imo all were on the same song... and in a dream world, premo would produce it... i think id gizz my ears... being that that isnt going to happen, id like to see a jay-z/em colab on recovry and think it could happen... they said how they were freestylin in the back before the interveiws, so im sure theyv had some time to write some shit... maybe that song with dre and jay-z is really gunna turn out to be a eminem and jay-z song w/a dre beat... who knows but itd be sick
be the best you can be, and if thats not good enough for people... than fuck em

It didn't sound like they had recorded any tracks for Recovery, and that they most probably wouldn't.
But I'm positive we will get at least one new track before their shows in september. (Maybe on Jay's best-of album?)

Yeah. I want to see Jay on Recovery. With the same format and all....only now, Em will do the first and last verses.
Would be bananas.

What is the thing with Nas? I've heard his most popular tracks, and they're just decent rap tracks. Regardless of that, some guys like you want him on Em's album. Why? Why?

Nas is a beast. It isnt all about shit you can nod your head to with him. Its about the content of the song.

Nas has BEEN a beast. Damn boy...
