I heard that if you play that Bizarre bit just after he says 'letting the record skip' bit backwards and slowed down it's an unreleased song or something. Cant remember where I heard that.

Ok, this needs some explaining....
I'm the one that gave him that track/snippet, without really saying anything about it.

It is not ripped from Shade 45, but simply from the track "Under the influence" that appears on MMLP.
It is just the scratch and rewind sound, that is reversed and slowed down, and it reveals some kind of unknown track. It is actually a part of the song, and it is in its right place in the clip.

I don't know why he says it is unreleased from Infinite (..or why it is Eminem), cause it exists no info what this is, or who it is whatsoever...

EDIT: It does sound like a young Eminem, and searches on google for the lyrics shows no results for other songs, so it is pretty clear that whatever it is, it is unreleased.
EDIT2: "The bad quality" is the best you can get with a 320 kbps CD-rip, so it's really the best quality you can get out of it.
