sure eminem can draw, but this was done entirely in photoshop, this is the work of professional graphic artists

I really just want to know how they made all those pills because they're is definitely no repeating patterns meaning they either used something like a scatter brush tool or they placed each pill. other than that, its really just 2 pill textures. the larger texture on the outsides and on his forehead, and the smaller ones on his face, then you just blend his face to it, and have the shadows turn red.
