It can also mean a slew of other things. Such as "We are the people". But personally, I don't think the track means any 'one' thing because if it did, Em would just put that as the title. Why would he randomly abbreviate one track for the sake of it.

So I think, that if he's done that, he's done it for a reason. Namely - It has multiple meanings and is intended to be multi-dimensional. He's perhaps got a layered chorus or it's a concept with different angles to it. No idea. But that's my guess.
