Or maybe since its a recovery (i.e. new beginning) and he is using a new, wide array of producers like never before, he lists them as a point in and of themselves and a point that ties in with the whole theme of the album....just playing devils advocate...

Because Eminem is still obliged to Web Entertainment too. Which is the Bass Bros label.
They discovered and nurtured him. Dre gets all the credit but in reality those are the guys that should. They heard him on radio and helped him hone his studio skills over years of practising.
They've also produced most of Em's best beats with him.
