Sueing...

Has suing gotten out of control??? Here's some of the few examples I will list...

A guy is riding his bike at night....no reflectors....no helmet...and while he's riding he comes to an intersection and gets hit by a 4 door jeep...he's rushed to the hospital...he hires a lawyer...who does he sue????

He sued the bike company because they didn't put a label on the bike saying you have to wear reflectors at night and since they didn't do that he could've lost his life....he filed a lawsuit of 7 million dollars agaisnt the bike manufactorer...they settled for 7 million dollars...

A man and a woman...wanting to spend quality time together decide to go down into the subway to have sex...well.....as their making love....a subway train comes and hits the couple...The guy lost 2 toes and broke some bones...you think they'd be greatful to be alive...nope...the man filed a lawsuit agaisnt the subway industry...why??

He sued the subway industry because the subway industry didn't put up signs saying no sex on the tracks....they sued for 10 million dollars...they won the whole 10 million dollars.

4 factory workers in Ohio are sueing the company they worked for because they got sick...why??? They say because of poor ventelated rooms...they say they got sick because of all the carbonated paper..(copy machine paper)...so the company added big vents above the copy machines..they still weren't satisfied..they said they was still getting sick because of all the old documents...so the company hired people to just copy all the paperwork by hand...they still weren't happy because they said all the other papers were being mixed..so they seperated all the old and new papers...still again they weren't happy...so the company built those 4 individuals their own building...their OWN building...in this building they had clean air ventilators...humidifiers...only hand written documents...etc...etc...etc...well they STILL weren't happy...

So now they are suing for 400 MILLION dollars....why??? Because the company waited to long before they took action...the company is trying to settle out of court for 150 MILLION dollars....but they want no less than 250 MILLION dollars...

What happened to common sense???? This is ridiculous.....it's no wonder Americans and other countries have to pay such high tax dollars....and I got my favorite one...

The United States Federal Government is paying drug addicts a sum of money each month to go and by drugs??? Why..??? Because the drug addicts sued the government because they said the government helped those who were addicted to pain killers...why not drugs??? They won..so now the government is supporting those who want to do drugs by giving them money each month to go and get them....

WHAT IS THIS WORLD COMING TO????????????????????????

I for one believe that it hasnt really gone out of control. Seing as how people that sue know wat they are doing.

This is direct result of the social structure. Some people that are of lower social structure are learning the same tricks that major firms use. And smaller firms pt it to use. It also means a goodbie to freedome, and means u are gonna become a product. Logic will also prove so. I mean look at how the corparations do buissness, its obvious that they ( the higher social structure ) are just gonna dominate sooner or later.

i dont even have to go into the theories assosiated with "the new world order"

I can agree on some of what you said..but some of the sueing is just plain common sense!!! Like the lady sueing McDonalds because she spilt her coffee on herself and it was HOT!!!!!!!!! Oh my god...you don't have to be a fucking rocket scientist to know that!!! The only reason as to lawyers are willing to fight for their "clienents" is because it's a way for them to make a profit.....and a sum of money to however much their client sues for....The higher the amount the client wants...the more money the lawyere gets...to me this is just an embarrassment to what our world is coming to....it's a shame.... :shakehead:

I wish Mcdonalds will get bankruped as soon as possible. They aint doing no good they just getting money by ruining peoples health. I hope the lady enjoyed the cash. Who the fuck cares if the dude who owns mcdonalds doesnt buy himself 2 new mercedeses.

Ruining people's health????? You've got to be kidding me!!! It's their choice if they want to shove a Big Mac everyday down their throat.... I mean come on...it's not the industries fault...should they put up a sign saying...NOTICE: McDonalds takes no responsibility in you getting high colestrol, blood clots, or becoming obeses.....It's the persons decision whether or not they want to eat there...the restraunt can't help if the person goes in everyday and orders the same fucking thing...Come on...this is ridiculous...next time the school provides me a piece of paper like a study guide or some shit..and I get a paper cut, I'm going to sue the school for providing me the paper, and the paper company for not putting in the corner..."Not can cause a paper cut.."...just shoot me now!!! Or how about this...I'ma stick a knife in the light socket and sue the power company for not providing a written thing on all their electronic outputs or wires..." Come on....is this what you really want our world to come to???? :confusion:

U think its ur choice. But think wat do u have to choose from. Its all buttermilk-chocolate-bars and ham and cheese sandwitches. The money that they spend producing mcdonalds could be used to build sports utilities in backyards (FREEEEE FOR PEOPLE) were i live there was a stadium in every block, one for hockey another for football and an enourmous playground, but ofcourse after USSR colapsed they are building kiosks and parking lots in there places.

No matter how much freedome u think u have, u dont. We are addicted to things that marketers want us to be addicted to and the things that we are told are "cool", infact the the way the society is now built, u will feel insignificant without some things that arent exactly nessesary.

Of course there are limits in some cases lol, but u gotta think on higher scale.

I see what you're saying Asp..but still...a lot of these fucking cases are ridiculous and are common sense...I mean...who has to be told not to fuck on the fucking subway tracks that run fucking 24/7????? Come on.....and I really don't eat fast food so I can't say much about that shit....but actually where I live their in the process of building a 1 mile by 1 mile park...it's really huge and for people of all ages...but I do see where you're coming...it's pathetic that girls won't pick up a basketball or a football anymore just because their afraid they'll break a nail...but still...sueing over carbonated paper??? WTF???? They didn't get sick at school??? So what's the difference??? You know...

I know exactly wat u mean its rediculous. but see its wat it takes to earn money these days. I actually consider it smart to get sued for a broken nail. Its like an easy oportunity, the witty people exploite the situation.
In russia a girl had spilt coffe on her and she tried to sue mcdonalds. Guess wat? ... it didnt work lol.
Its not about the people its the country that lets this dumb shit happen.

It's only America, the country of the fucking free!!!!! To be honest...I think it's only the fucking bums or fucking lazy ass people who don't want to fucking work so they do something stupid or sue over the stupidest fucking thing just so they can get a few million dollars, put it in the bank, and live off the interest for the rest of their lives..and they won't have to lift a fucking finger...

And I'm not just singling out bums...just those who don't want to fucking work or lift a god damn finger....ya know...

I for dont hate america and the idea of democracy. but i am a firm believer of the new world order and my respect for the way the american goverment works died with mister kennedy.

I for one believe that bushes ancestor helped the germans out and it concerns me that all his fammilly openly admits to be a member of skull & bones society.

I heard of some cases were people were sueing McDonalds because they made them fat and obese

Yes, and the ashamement of that claim with them sueing McDonalds is that they won the lawsuit because McDonalds settled out of court....

Asp I agree with you...everything died with Kennedy...and Bush...well....I don't support his means at all....the only reason he went after Suddam is because the first time the Towers were attacked was because Suddam put a hit out on George Bush Sr. so I guess George W. Bush finally got the revenge he wanted....but I would never give up my freedom...not when I look at all the other countries out there and then look at ours...Americans have got it easy...and we're starting to take that for granted.... :shakehead:

People just want to get as much money as they can, but sometimes they exaggerate a bit. Plus their ignorance: how stupid must you be to forget to instal reflectors on your bike if you know you'll use ur bike at night?.. :confusion:

There is some common knowledge which people are supposed to have, but obviously a big part of society has brain damage.

McDonald's issue: It's ruining ppl's health, I want them to close those shitty restaurants, BUT you cannot blame them only. It's also our choice where we eat, isn't it? Asp, you don't go there, cause you don't want to and know it's bad for you. But as we see there are milions of ppl who: 1). don't know it 2). know and fuck the fact that they're destroyin themselves..

Come on, ppl simply don't want to think. Maybe it's painful or something. But the matter is that they blame other ppl for their own ignorance.. :confusion:

I could keep on going about how people aren't using common fucking sense...it's pathetic...People would rather think of a way to earn a quick buck or two...then when they do something so stupid...they try to find a way to make themselves look like the victim...I mean come on...that lady who spilt coffee on herself and sued McDonalds..she earned a hell of a lot of money...and was pubically known..but did she actually think she was being a victim...most people were like you fucking idiot...everyone knows coffee is hot..people like it that way...if they didn't...they'd ask for a capichino(sp)...I can't believe this is the world my kids will be growing up in...We started to go downhill a long time ago...and instead of trying to rebuild the nation we lost...we've decided to take everything for granted....We have everything, yet we claim we have nothing....
