Capital Punishment is such a great album, I remember hearing Beware for the first time and I was blown away. Love that song so much, the Mobb Deep sample makes it even better. Big Pun is such a good rapper, I'm glad you've checked this album out. My favorite tracks are:

Beware
Super Lyrical
Punish Me
You Ain't A Killer
Glamour Life
You Came Up
Tres Leches (Triboro Trilogy)

Great album :y:
Tres Leches is one of my favorite RZA beats and Deck rips it to pieces!

Dream Shatterer is unbelievvable too
Same sword they knight you they gon' good night you with
Sh.., Thats' only half if they like you
That ain't even the half what they might do
Don't believe me, ask Michael
See Martin, see Malcolm
You see Biggie, see Pac, see success and its outcome
See Jesus, see Judas; see Caesar, see Brutus
See success is like suicide
Suicide, it's a suicide
If you succeed, prepare to be crucified

I didn't see someone else already posted this line :(

Oh well. It's still dope. Very good album with quite a bit of replay. I don't think I could listen to it very often though.

WORD!

I feel you man, that track is def Pun's best. It's one of those Hip Hop tracks that when you listen to, you automatically think its the best rap song you've ever heard. Shame we don't have songs like that anymore. This guy died too young, its a shame, we could of had much more classics. And a Biggie/Pun collab would of just ripped shit!
