Recovery or Eminem Show?

There's something that JUST cannot be denied : where's the versatility in flow? He has the same flow/voice on more than half the records on there. Every flow and voice tone were different in The Eminem Show, that's why it's untouchable.

I think they're just too different. Recovery is far more experimental. TES is pure workoholic beauty though.

TES was my fave Em album. Probably still is at the moment, it's too hard to rate Recovery against it at this point. Need it to sink in.

I still like TES. The beats are better. And the fact that Eminem did basically everything himself is better special. But that's not taking anything away from this album. He is great. You think that creative spark would fade on some point. Not shady.

To be honest it is way too early to tell. A lot of people rate TES as Em's best album, what I will say is this is definitely Em's most diverse album since TES, maybe even ever

I also think that the high points of TES are better than the high points of Recovery, BUT I think the lower moment(s) on TES are worse than lower moments on Recovery (I'm looking at you, "Drips")

TES. But it's too early to have a final decision. I think it's def. a close one, but I need to replay it a few more times to see if it has that re-playability that TES still has.

The Eminem Show IS Eminem. It's is a masterpiece. Em put his heart and soul into that album, with hardly any features. Every song is written beautifully. He did almost all the choruses himself. It's filled with emotional, serious, political, straight spittin, and joke songs. He produced 90% of it on his own, not finishing a track until it was absolutely perfect. The album flows amazingly. Great skits too.

Will never be topped.

I like Recovery more than Eminem Show I think. TES had Hailie's Song and Say What You Say. The only song that I don't like on Recovery is Won't Back Down. Plus his flow, content and lyrics are top notch.

theyre really to completely different cds. recovery is way more about ems life and feelings about real life things than TES even though it had COMC. its too early to tell
