REASON FOR RECOVERY. NOT SUCKING UP.....

I like most stans had an amazing shock when I logged on to find that Eminem's album finally leaked. After listening all night/day I love it. It struck me after some thought that em seemed to have a feeling that he needed to set everything right. Why? To me he might have felt an obligation to redeem himself, so if something were to happen he could leave this earth without a huge cloud of regret. I think when he almost died from the overdose he relised that his daughter needs him more than ever, and by steping back got a fresh look at his carrer. I think that he really doesn't want to be remembered for an asshole who took shots at everything. How would Hallie feel all grown up knowing her father was so unreasonable? I think he wants everyone to think of him as the brand new em. The one who's not afraid to do what he believes in, but is more noticing of others. He wants everyone, mainly his daughters, to remember a good man trying to make something of a terrible past. I think he "recovered" not to just go and retire a couple years later, but so he can remake the way people view him. He stated that he made some songs as a way to clear up what he felt was left unanswered. Now in my opinion I feel he will continue to make music(duh), but now he will continue doing what he loves. Now he is free to make his best music and if something were to happen he will go knowing he gave it his all.
So what do you think? Was Recovery not sucking up and selling out, or was it really his way of apologizing so he can start a new?
