Ye, worst track on the album... techno beat... he should have used for example 'going throught changes' beat for tribute to PROOF...

I tried to write song for you but nothing was good enough, so I'm dedicating them all to you-and you'd be happy to know that I spazzed out on 'em gain!I know you wouldn't have it any other way! Fuck 'em all--let's get 'em!
P.S. I'm sober now, I know you'd be proud. I love you Doody, I'll never forget you. Love, Doody "

I wish he would have produced the beat himself.

Brilliant lyrics, horrible chorus, and the beat ruins it.

That's my only complaint about Recovery.

I've got nothing to add to that other than, all of the verses were awesome.

the repetitive beat, lyrics, and delivery timing,

yeah man i know what your sayin all of that was deff repetitive

:facepalm

fuck if u don't like it don't listen to it :y: don't bitch about it like a little girl

You nailed it. The shitty singing gave it a more regular person human feel. I think it's a great tribute.
Caution to the wind, complete freedom. Look at these rappers, how I treat 'em, so why the fuck would I join 'em when I beat 'em?

The chorus was alright, the verses were alright, the beat was alright. As a tribute it was nothing special but it was decent and touching.

It's incredibly hard to make a tribute without it sounding corny but Em pulled it off okay.

Itts by no means the worst tribute ever.

IMO though he should have used the line from Going Through Changes

They say Proof just flipped out, homie just swift out and bust,
Nah, it ain't like Doody to do that,
He wouldn't fuckin' shoot at, no-body, he fights first,

in the tribute. The line is just Rvy at its best. So damn honest; rather than going on about how amazing Proof was he takes a look at the actual incident, which takes some guts. That on the tribute would have improved it hugely.

to every bitch who picks on this tribute.

when your close friend dies you'll realize how true em's words are and that's what is valuable in an emotional song, words straight from the sacred and pure parts of the heart! he didn't make this song for you you dumb fucks, he made it for proof, he had the right to puke in the track if he wanted to, because it's his song, this is his tribute based on his soul, not on what would fans think. fuck!!!

this is the BEST tribute song ever

Who the fuck are you to tell me that I cant criticise a song, just becuase Em "didnt make it for the fans". Em put it on his fuckin album, therefore it gives us, as listeners, the right to give our opinion on it.

You're tryna tell me cus you say its the best tribute song ever everyone else does?

Fuck outta here with that bullshit.
