hey in cleaning out my closet does anyone know what em means when he said "and nathens growing up so quick he's going to know that ur phony." whats that mean he is going to know that she is phony? just woundering! i know its a threat to his mom but whats it mean?

Nathan`s his younger brother, i suppose their mom`s probably tryin to act like she brought them up properly and Eminem`s gonna expose him to the real facts, must mean that!

i know who nathan is i was woundering what the lyric meant but thats what i thought it meant about how she thought she brout them up properly or she did something dumb when they were younger.

Well you didn`t say what part of the line you didn`t understand. It`s not that complex a line, phony = false, a lot of it is for rhyming reasons too!

yoshi your wrong buddy cause last year eminem gave an interview on vh1 and they were talkin about mosh and he said how if there was a draft he didnt want his brother to go cause hes only 18 eminem show came out in 2002 and this was 2005 so this means his brother was only 15 when cleanin out my closet was released
