If ANYTHING he is definitely making fun of Kanye. Obviously, when Kanye drunkenly snatched the mic from Taylor Swift in front of MILLIONS of people, it was quite embarrassing for him. Even the President of the United States called him a jackass. Eminem bringing it up in a song IS making fun of him.

Well the 'BITCH' refference is about Taylor, it's not like a diss but it's not nice either, and he doesn't make fun of Kanye, he shows support of him later on in the album for that same thing. I'm not a Kanye fan but it's good Em shows support rather than turn his back on him just like everybody else, Kanye just runied the moment for Taylor and then apologized 20 times, but Lil' Mama lieterally fucked up the show simply to get atention and never really said she was sorry properly.

It was not a diss and Eminem likes Kanye West as artist and his work. He said that a few times in different interviews and recently said Lil Wayne one of the greatest in the game at this current time.
Hopefully we will see more collaboration with Lil Wayne as they are dope tracks and maybe one with Kanye West in the future?
