The way i see it..

Wayne showed glimpses of what he had before on TC3, like Em did at times, but whilst disappointing. He killed the Draught mixtape, before being a dick generally on Rebirth (like em killing freestyles, then doing shit with an accent).

Sure he's not doing what he did before, but we all hung on behind Em for years, knowing he could do it. So why not Wayne?

TC4 will be waynes Recovery IMO.

I agree, i didn't like Carter 3 that much, but i didn't like Relapse that much either, but now with Recovery i finally feel that Em is back. Let's hope the same with Wayne's Carter 4, i mean No Ceilings was fucking FIRE, let's just hope he quits with the syrup while he's in jail, that shit fuckes up his music atleast for me. His voice did sound much better on No Ceilings though and i heard he allready quit the syrup, i hope that's true.

Weezy's improved as an mc over the years imo. The difference now is he releases a lot more garbage, of course he's not as hungry and that plays a part but The Carter III has some great songs on it and i'm not big on Wayne.
