You cant really call Drakes album a "Debut" in the true meaning of the word
First off, he has an EP in stores that you can all go buy right now that came out last year, he's been featured on many hit records and is signed to the most hyped up label at the moment, with one of the biggest stars, and has mad publicity.........The rollout for his project is the same rollout they give established stars, its not like Em's debut, where he had one single and a couple of interviews before it came out, Drake is on magazine covers, every TV show that talks music, etc etc........ The last "Debut" artist that had this kind of rollout was 50 Cent, and he was also someone who already had alot of hype, a million mixtapes, a previous record deal with a major label, and the biggest star standing next to him, and for the record 50's numbers were alot better........No hate tho I wish the guy luck but he aint really a "Debut" artist to me, people been hyping this dude up for about 2 years and I bought so far gone off Itunes a year ago.......
