I go talking to a guy on another website and hes insisting eminem is overrated, I'll post his comments below.

I dislike people who measure talent by record sales, that shows their ability to sell records.

There are hundereds of Rappers out there at the moment that are better than Eminem.

Typical bullshit from a so called "real" hiphop head, I've been there before myself, you'll soon realise that it takes a lot more than lyrics to make a good song, most underground rappers these days are too similar, no creativity

Exactly, Immortal Tech has millions of views on youtube, but sells fuck all, why?? Because "real" heads, for the most part, dont buy music, at least mainstream fans support the artists

Lyrically, yes. Immortal Technique is good. But his subject matter is fucking atrocious. None of the guys listed are better than Eminem. There are quite a few who are better at the moment. Fashawn, Black Thought, Jay Electronica, and Talib Kweli to name a few. But I don't feel like those guys listed can make a well-rounded song. They just have the lyrics.
