There's no question that the voice was slim shady in My Darling. The deep voice in Cold Wind blows was God. The voice just sounds like something powerful or evil so it can be used for a lot of things.

the devil could just be telling him to dye his hair like he used to. or convincing him to bring back slim shady persona. doesn't necessarily mean it's slim shady talking. just listened to it, i think Eminem left it ambiguous on purpose.

edit: For example, why would slim shady be talking and say "Shady, I know you're in there..." (2nd verse) but again why would eminem tell the devil "I already killed you"
