Is Bizarre The Worst Rapper Ever?

This guy has been rapping for like a decade in a half and I just watched the vid for his song with Tech N9ne and yeah he's fucking disgraceful. How is it possible to rap that long and still suck? Does he have a learning disability or some shit?

I'd say he is, I don't think I have ever liked one of his verses. Even if a lyrics, rhyme, or verse is alright his flow fucks it up

He's definitely up there as one of the worst.
He's a rapper who's only purpose is to be funny, yet he isnt. Take him of Devil's Night and you have a classic CD.
Kinda pisses me off how he's got famous and sold records of very little talent and mainly to do with the fact he knows Em, yet there's loads of artists, a million times better who get no sort of recognition at all.
