The album changed a good number of times before it even became Recovery / a different album.

So I mean... There's no reason to think "On Fire" and "So Bad" would have been on the same cut as those other songs.

But quite obviously the ones on Refill are from the same 'one' version. And they're all awesome songs too. It's annoying that we'll never hear Relapse 2 how it was intended in its full form. Or probably none of the other tracks.
