i like how eminem is starting to mention everything from his past, i mean ik he already talked bout personal stuff, but i mean in recovery he finally mentions infinite a few times... i like this bc now everyone will know about his first album or w.e u wanna call it not just the hard core eminem fans, and maybe this will get more people searchin him on youtube n findin shit that other people like....

I know what you mean, hearing him analyse elements his career is satisfying.

But it's only right that he should start doing it around now. Doing it on his 2nd or 3rd album would be a bit too soon and even arrogant.

He's been on a major label 12 years now though, biggest selling rapper ever. So hearing his thoughts on some of it feels right. Although there's something cheesy about hearing him say his album names in songs to a degree too. Like hearing him denounce Relapse on "Not Afraid" feels corny to me.

It sort of breaks the fourth wall I guess. His music starts to feel more like a conversation than art then. So I don't think he should do that too much.
