We’ve come a long way, baby. Here’s a snapshot of Eminem on the set of HBO’s Entourage. As EW reports, the scene takes place at a platinum party for Em’s album, Recovery. He plays himself and gets into a rift with protagonist, “Vincent Chase” (Adrian Grenier). Episode airs September 12th.

That's a dope set with the recovery logo. Looks like Eminem's role will be a little more important than most cameos.

UPDATE: According to EW Christina Aguilera will also appear on the episode which is slated to be the season finale. The picture above is from the set.

The rapper, who released Recovery last week, shot a scene that takes place “at a platinum record party for his album, which by the time this airs will be platinum, I’m sure,” says Entourage creator Doug Ellin, adding: “He has a little conflict—a little beef—with Vince [Adrian Grenier].” While Eminem won’t be performing in the episode, Aguilera will.

The episode will air Sept. 12th.
