lol It's funny when they criticise you for listening to em, but you ask them and they act all godly caz they know some names. One kid tried to argue with me saying that people like canibus, lil booosie, tony yayo, cashis, etc were the only reasons rap is still partially alive.

I'm black and two of my closest male friends are big hip hop fans and they're the ones who got me into Eminem. And yes, they're both black. I only have one friend that doesn't like Em's music, and she's white. Everyone else I know that likes hip hop is a fan.

It's interesting the vote is starting to reflect the population. This is the exact conversation I had with some prick who tried to claim em couldn't be taken seriously as rapper cuz according to him the only people who listen to him is white people. When I point out that when artist fanbase grows to the size of em's it tends to be a direct reflection of the population, and pointed out the fact that the majority of kanye and Jay-z's fanbase was white also. He discarded it as meaningless..
