If I really had to think about it...

Little too much repetition.

Mariah mention,

One too many Michael J fox mentions.

Still I give Recovery a 10

Am I the only one that thinks You're never over is a mistake? Spittin a sad story fast just makes it unlistenable. The singing alone should be reason enough to trash it, let alone the beat.

Imagine if 2pac did Dear mama with a fast flow.

Singing, yelling, WTP, Donkey w/ Parkinson's line, Cold WInd Blows, Brooke Hogan and David cook reference, and the Michael J Fox/ Elton John references.

All horrible in my opinion.

i believe the youre never over approach was all wrong as well. slower paced beat and singing wouldve been a little more touching for a proof tribute

pawel wrote:Albumwise, he doesn't really represent Shady Records or something. I mean, where are D12, perhaps still Obie, 50Cent, Cashish, everybody! I mean, I don't like cashish for example, but he's on shady records right? And come on, D12 is his crew!

if it comes to features, this album was weak, since the only notable artist with a real verse in it was lil' wayne. Did a pretty good verse, but damn, not really representing or something..

-The yelling
-Lil' Wayne on No Love- After listening to it a few times, I'm starting to skip Wayne's part and go straight to Em's. IMO the lyrics aren't good and his delivery is horrible. I think 50 would have been better for this song

I just wish he would vary his delivery a bit. I like the aggressive tone a lot but I would like to hear him a little tamer at times. I definitely expected this to happen after hearing all his guest verses, it's this year's accent without the uproar. So we need to be clear, we like when goes crazy like that but just vary it up a bit. I'm sure if we all think that and agree he will take notice just like he did with the accent.

Also, I miss those incredibly vivid stories from like Brain Damage and Stan, only would need one though, not an entire album of them.

As for everything the else, couldn't be happier

And I hope he continues with the unexpected features, how many more times do we need to hear him with 50, Dre, or D12. It's been done to death and it would be going back in time instead of moving forward. Oh and I thought it would be awesome if he did a song with Elton, maybe on the next album
