What is the name of this song?

So all I know is, that this song was released in the year 2003/2004. In the official music video there is a car where a man tahe out his gun and starts to shoot at a man on the street.

I can not remember well, but at the end of this music video, Eminem stays in front of the grave of the dead man who has been killed.

If someone can understand my description, it would be very nice if you can answer me on my qusetion as quick as possible ;)
