Really good question. But hey, Proof have one of the best verse on When the Music Stops

I think that Proof didn't want to be on Eminem album. He want to be with all D12 like they were.
He also said that he didn't want to make album(Searchin for Jerry Garcia) with Shady records, beacuse automatically he sold more albums!

i read somewhere, i dont remember at this moment, where Em said that him and proof could never get a song together that was dope enough to put on an album. that that for what its worth but i doubt we will ever know the answer. but hey, maybe there are a couple tracks with both of them locked in Em's vault.
