The way he's singing is funny. I finally like it but its clear that he doesnt know how to sing.

But he sings with his heart on this one and i feel the emotion on his voice.

And he dont give a fuck, he know that he's not a singer, but he dont care, he just want to sing.

I'm pretty sure the terrible singing was intentional on this track. It's supposed to be something Proof would find amusing.

His singing's fine when it isn't altered in the studio with all of the high-pitched BS. He'll never be mistaken for a "singer" but he's better than the average man off the street.

As for Drake...Drake can sing? News to me. Admittedly I haven't listened to much of his music, but his singing on Forever was autotuned garbage.

But the feeling of the singing was supposed to be sappy. He leads it off with that sappy hook and then follows with showing that it's not like that. He's going to celebrate Proof's life. So I thought it was very fitting.
