Em isn't the best off the dome freestyler, to be honest. If he had time to prepare and knew his opponent then he'd do fine, simply because most of it would be written.

Eminem even said in his book he didn't make shit up on the spot, he had all kinds of rhymes pre-written and memorized, that's why his disses at the Rap Olympics were so similar to the ones he used at Scribble Jam.

his last real battle was way before 2000 wasnt it

Thanks but obviously the 8 mile battles are completely re-written on both sides with no freestyle aspect or spur of the moment genious.

Pro green is crazy at battling, so much actuall improvisation rather than completely written stuff. Actually using what the opponent says in his rhymes

Generally, but Rap Battles do have their own market in the underground. Battles on SMACKDVD and Fight Klubb are really popular in some street circles. It usually takes its aim to market in the Streets anyway.
