Em will probably be #1 again next week cuz Ross will likely suffer a typical 70% drop from first week. If so I'm a little mad cuz it won't be 6 consecutive weeks at #1

Well the point is they were wrong in two of the predictions the first three weeks of Recovery with the numbers. So it's not like im just saying this as an Em fan. The billboard predictions have been off recently. I'll wait for the HDD predictions before i make an opinion.

I'm not saying you're biased, I think it'll be close numbers but it's likely Rick Ross will sell 150k at least while Em may sell 150k at best (with the same drop this week)

It's going to be tight. That's for sure.

I just think billboard is wrong in saying it's a foregone conclusion. That's all. :y:

since second week sales decrease usually by 50%+ would Eminem have a chance to reclaim number 1 in the sixth week, if Ross takes number 1 in the fifth week?

Rebirth sold 176k

The sales are crazy in Canada :o

Eminem on course for 3x Platinum in Canada in a week or two

GBS can't beat Eminem on charts

Eminem stays at No. 1 for a fourth consecutive week.

Recovery sold 30,000 this week and 31,000 last week. Only a 1k drop.

Great Big Sea made waves on the Canadian charts, but the No. 1 spot was only a mirage.

The Newfoundland folk-rockers' new album "Safe Upon the Shore" (7,000) sailed in at No. 2, well behind the top disc in the country, Eminem's "Recovery," which racked up another 30,000 copies this week.

It marks the fourth straight week for Slim Shady at No. 1, and he's sold nearly 200,000 in that timeframe.

186,000 copies sold in Canada in 4 weeks!

KING MATHERS! :D

As for Rick Ross, i think he'd be desperate to top Em this week so there's no doubt he bought his own albums lol, but damn, he's breaking Em's consecutive topping streak

Edit/

Damn, Em is actually selling more in his 4th week on Billboard chart! :o

*According to Billboard
1. Eminem - Recovery 195.000 4 weeks

Well, 1k more is still more lol
