They all gave him dope beats for Recovery.

i disagree... i really think the production SUCKED on recovery....i love the album but i hated the production... only a few dope beats....and i think em shud go back to dre since he's out of that relaspe phase,,, one of the best and cleanest beats is So Bad...i think its good that em worked with different producers to get out of that phase he was in but i really think he could go back to dre again... just blaze had some okay beats... but em shud move on,, mr.porters on fire beat was dope.... but i compared this albums producion to a few other albums including ems past albums and it really doesnt have too many amazing beats... big boi's album had way sicker beats.... btw best song on big boi's album "fo yo sorrows"... I smoke to that :smoking:

The sounds they gave him brought him in to the current music scene, and helped make him relevant again.. So why not. They're all dope.

U people need to listen to more hip hop. It's plenty of producers who are hungry that can help him create a masterpiece.

Ominous keyboard loops are lacking in Em's beats. He should defintely rap over those type of cinematic beats ffs.

He needs to continue to work with Just Blaze, Khalil, and Dre. No more Boi-1da please.

They all brought something new to the table which i liked, but i can't stand Boi 1da's shit, he really brought Em down a peg i thought. Not Afraid brought out his corniest and just overall most average lyrics i've possibly ever heard from him. He slightly redeemed himself on Seduction, sure, but those fucking drums man, what is the obsession? All his beats just do my head in, dunno why. I suppose it's cause he just represents modern-day hip hop and i think Em is better than that.

Apart from that though they all did great jobs, particularly loved Just Blaze and Havoc. Porter surprised me as well.

He should produce some himself, he always does his best when he's on his own beats. That way, he could make a beat, with the perfect flow and not have to make one up

He should work with Just Blaze again, I'd like to hear some more. I usually don't like his production that much, it sounds like too much is going on at one time, but for the most part his production on Recovery impressed me. Emile's beat was sick, sounded just like a beat Em would rap over during his Eminem Show days, so definitely Emile. Khalil, the 25 To Life beat is amazing as well as Talkin' 2 Myself. Boi-1da impressed me with Seduction, if he can do a beat just as good as Seduction, then that would be cool. Jim Jonsin produced a good beat with Space Bound, but I doubt he can do it again

Does anyone else realize that Recovery has a lot of soft rock elements in it? Acoustic guitars throughout and shit. I think his next album should try to steer clear of it. I love Recovery, it's up there with the best of his albums I think, but I think the production used a little too much soft rock shit in it. And too many samples for my liking. Have Em doing hooks like he did 'em on Seduction and So Bad and hooks won't be a problem :y:
