Yes, TES is much more polished, much sharper than Recovery. Plus there is less corny punchlines.

Both are really good albums. But yeah I think TES was better. Till I Collapse, Superman, Sing for the moment, soldier, cleaning out my closet are some of his best songs. Too me TES is 4.5 mics and Recovery is 4.

MMLP/TES his best. But TES for a bit above all. But then, MMLP is so raw... But TES is so emotional and deep... Damn... :sweating:

WE do not agree. But I agree with you tho.
They claim that I'm violent, just cause I refuse to be silent
These hypocrites are havin fits, cause I'm not buyin it
Defyin it, envious because I will rebel against
any oppressor, and this is known as self defense
I show no mercy, they claim that I'm the lunatic
But when the shit gets thick, I'm the one you go and get
Don't look confused, the truth is so plain to see
Cause I'm the nigga that you sell-outs are ashamed to be

Without a shadow of doubt. I mean.....yeah there's songs like "Talkin' to myself" and "25 to life" and all but 'Til' I collapse"? "Sing for the moment"? "Cleanin' out my closet"?

TES is a rare gem.
"So one last time, I'm back, 'fore it fades into black and it's all over, behold the final chapter in the saga, trying to recapture that lightning trapped in a bottle twice, the magic that started it all...tragic portrait of an artist tortured....trapped in his own drawings..." - Bruce.

tes had a touch of raw and underground feel to it while rec+very is more matured and mainstream and yes i agree with the title.

The Eminem Show is classic from top to bottom and I dont skip any tracks. Unfortunately, Recovery has a handful of songs that I dont favour. Overall: TES * * * * * Recovery * * * *
You also haev to remember that Em was even more involved with TES, he was on pracically every hook too and pulled it off excellently.

Everyones gonna have a different opinion.. I don't think everyone will ever agree as a whole.

there will always be those people who think

But.. i liked Encore.

Its different. I liked relapsed.

But he came in with Recovery in a different way.
The preparation for this album was so CRAZY
The 3 Lil Wayne Feat. Really pushed him
Relapse gaved him a buzz.
Recovery completed it.

Hes back.
