There's no such thing as "acting black" or "acting white". That's called stereotyping. Like all black people are ghetto and live in the projects and all white people are rich and live in Beverly Hills or something. If you grow up around a group of black kids or whatever and you're white, then that's the environment you grew up in and you're going to act no different than them. Example: Eminem.

But white kids living in the suburbs walking around like their some sorta hard-core gangster with their hats cocked and chains hanging, that pisses me off. I'm white and don't really care about race and culture influences, but when I see middle school suburban white kids walking around like their the shit, I just wanna slap them AND their parents upside the head. I see types of dress and body language as status symbols, so some white boy/girl walking around "acting black" as you say pisses me off. Did they grow up in the ghetto or bad part of town? You are a large reason for stupidity in America. White people aren't allowed to wear chains and fitted hats unless they are from the ghetto? That sir, is stereotypical. As a matter of fact, if that really 'pisses you off' you clearly have some deep-rooted personal problems. I don't wear hats as much as a used to, but I do like them. I like to match outfits and the hat often completes that. As for chains I don't really wear them currently, but if I did I would see no problem with it.

It amazes me that you base your opinion of people solely on what they dress. Maybe one day you'll grow up and realize that there's more important shit for you to think about then why I look so much better than you.

If you where born in a poor comunity that has always been like that, its ok. I think you're missing the point, or at least MY point. It's not just about how they dress, but how they act. I'm not being stereotypical, or at least not intending to be. I just think that to act and dress in that way is almost more of a right, or a badge of honor if you see what I'm saying. I guess I'm trying to say that I'm pissed at people who are all talk but don't really know what its like.
