Eminem next album should be called Gay.

And have Elton John and Adam Lambert on every single song. And maybe thrown in a Gaga or Justin Bieber feature.

I can't explain why but this was very funny in some strange way, maybe just its simplicity.

"Gay". Yeah.

I hope it's soon. However he gave us a great album in Recovery, so I can't be too greedy.

Im betting we get another album by the end of 2011. For the simple fact that he has said over and over again that music is helping his Recovery process. If he is using music as a way to keep his mind focused and off of drugs then you can expect him to keep making music to keep himself busy. And I think he is going to stay away from a big tour ( which would postpone another album by 6-9 months ) because of how he associates his addiction with being on stage. So I dont think a tour will stop him from coming out with another album.

And then you have to consider how well both Relapse and Recovery did. I think it should be obvious to him how big of a fan base he has and how loyal they are despite the 4-5 years he left. With music being such a big part of his life again, and knowing how much he means to his fanbase ( which is probably the biggest and most loyal fanbase in rap right now ) we can expect another album soon. Not back to back like Relapse and Recovery, cuz it seemed like he made that entire album in 9 months to kind of prove a point. But toward the end of the year Ill bet he starts putting together another album.

And hopefully he produces a lot of the tracks like someone else said, because his beats are one of a kind and kind of seperate his music from the rest. Even though he does that already.....but it just kind of seperates it more so.

I dunno bout another album, dude just dropped a quality, well-recieved album with Recovery and its selling through the roof. So I think a new album probably is out the question until at least late 2011/early2012

I wish he did mixtapes in between though, I cant stand Lil Wayne or 50 but one thing I give them credit for is they ALWAYS have new material out. Then again, maybe thats why a new Em album carries so much more anticipation, because he doesnt release much stuff

*Shrugs*

Either way, I'm hoping we get some Ill collabos and a D12 album before the years up

lol@ people thinking we're gonna have new albums yearly now :facepalm Dream on! :facepalm Recovery got released so soon like that just because he needs to save his reputation in mainstream ASAP (he was on stage of being irrelevant), now that's he's "back", he can do w/e after this album.

exactly. I meant to make that point: I don't think he wants to make an album that soon. Not that he won't do one again of course but I would be surprised if it came out before 2012.

Shady50 wrote:What do you think Em's next solo album will be like? I think he'll keep the fast flow, the punchlines, and the anger in his voice and he'll probably work with a wide range of producers again. I predict another single like Not Afraid instead of a poppy single. Maybe a couple new collaborations. I personally hope that his next solo album will have a perfect mixture of Eminem, Marshall, and Slim Shady. I'm guessing there'll be around 7 serious songs (On Fire/Cold Wind Blows), 4 meaningful songs (Going Through Changes/LTWYL), 5 funny songs (Rain Man/Medicine Ball), and 1 club banger (Crack a Bottle/Encore) kinda like Encore but with better lyrics. So what do you think? ;)

so you basically want the same album as Recovery.
