MMLP has Kill You, Stan, Criminal. Those are all 10/10. Possibly The Way I Am too. Kim is hard to judge in that way, but might be pretty close too. You can hardly understand how a human being can put together such a fantastic album (well he had some help). It's obvious to me that he is still far away from his creative peak.
